The papers must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication elsewhere, while being evaluated for this Conference. The full manuscript must be submitted in IEEE format as Latex/Microsoft Word document. Papers submitted for the Conference will undergo a rigorous and peer-review process. All accepted papers will be published in the ICRAC-23 Conference Proceedings. The best papers selected in this Conference will be published in Scopus indexed Journals and Book chapters.
