The placement cell of the college functions under Brother Philip Noronha, the Registrar of the college. He is also the Coordinator of the cell. The cell provides information to students on placements, organizes placements at the end of the third year of graduation and second year of post-graduation and provides all kinds of information the recruiters need. Students are provided training in soft-skills in view of job opportunities in the first year by a programme in human resource development. Aptitude testing facilities have been provided for the passing out students. The cell has a large collection of information on careers, higher studies both within and outside the country.

Every year companies come to recruit students from the first week of December. The cell makes all the required arrangements for recruitment. A copy of all the eligible students for placement is prepared at the beginning of the year. Large number of companies and organizations visit the college for recruitment. Microsoft, Wipro, Google India and Infosys are the big names that come to the campus. The recruitment cell is not only dealing with software forums but also other sectors. Indian Express, Times of India and TV9 had visited our campus for recruiting young Journalists. Besides there were medical transcription companies, B.P.Os, Banking companies, animation groups, human resource development organisations, NGOs and others had recruited students. Over 45 companies visited the campus in 2008. All students with a first class are normally recruited. The pay scale offered by various companies ranged from 1.8 lakhs-6.5 lakhs per annum. The cell also provides internship during summer holidays for students desirous of working.
